Delivery Policy

When you buy a quick guide from us, here is exactly what happens and what you can expect.

How You Get Your Guide
Every quick guide is a digital file, either a PDF or a JPEG, made to be read right on your phone. Once your payment goes through, we send your download link straight to the email address you used at checkout, so you can grab your file right away.

If Your Guide Doesn't Show Up
Check your spam or promotions folder first. That is usually where an email from a new sender hides on the first try. If it still is not there after a little while, email us at hello@photoquickguides.com and we will sort it out.

Saving Your File
Once you have your guide, save it to your phone or your cloud storage right away. We keep a record of your purchase, but it is on you to keep your own copy safe in case something happens to your device.

Since these are downloadable files and not physical products, please see our Refund Policy for the details on when a refund applies.
