This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through photoquickguides.com, operated by Miju Enterprise LLC, registered in the SHAMS Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.

What We Sell
We sell downloadable digital "Quick Guides" (PDF cheat sheets and similar digital education products). These are non-physical products delivered electronically.

Our 14 Day Refund Promise
We want you to feel completely confident buying from us. If a Quick Guide isn't right for you for any reason, maybe it wasn't what you expected, maybe you changed your mind, maybe you bought the wrong guide or purchased it twice by mistake, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund. No long explanations needed.

We only ask that this isn't used as a way to try out guide after guide for free. Requests that show a repeated pattern of buying and refunding may be declined.

Corrupted or Incomplete Files
If your download won't open, is missing pages, or otherwise arrived damaged, that's on us to fix. Contact us and we'll send you a working replacement copy right away, at no charge. If, after that, you'd still prefer a refund instead, you're covered under the 14 day promise above, as long as you're still within that window.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Refund Policy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.

Important Notes
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws for defective, misdescribed, or non-conforming products, wherever you're purchasing from.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version shown on our website at the time of purchase applies to your order.

If any part of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
